We want you to be fully satisfied with Gadwai Desktop. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment (monthly or annual).
  • The subscription was purchased directly through our official website or authorized resellers.
  • This is your first refund request for the same subscription tier.

2. Subscription Renewals

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for a refund except in cases of billing errors.

To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date. You will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@gadwai.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your order or receipt number.
  • A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately and your account will revert to the Free tier. You may continue using the Free tier (up to 3 studies per month) at no charge.

5. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged after cancellation or billed at the wrong rate — please contact us and we will issue a full correction regardless of when the error occurred.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • The 30-day window has passed for an initial subscription payment.
  • The purchase was made through a third-party platform with its own refund policy (e.g., an app marketplace). In such cases, please contact that platform directly.
  • Evidence of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns across the same account or email address.

7. Free Tier

The Free tier of Gadwai Desktop is available at no cost. No refund is applicable to free usage.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription payment will apply to your refund request.
